Product Description

This machine integrates mechanics and electronics, featuring a dual-CPU microcomputer control system with full Chinese display. It adopts a microcomputer-controlled photoelectric tracking and correction system equipped with a stepping motor. At the same position of each packaging bag pattern, the control system completes the synchronization, fixed length, positioning and speed of the entire machine. The CNC cutter can be adjusted from 2 to 99 bags for automatic counting and cutting, and it also has the function of automatic fault diagnosis. It can be optionally equipped with a coding machine and an inflation device.
Performance: This machine automatically completes a series of actions such as bagging, counting, sealing, slitting, and outputting finished products. It is equipped with a material distribution conveyor belt and manual material discharge.
Usage: Suitable for packaging large granular materials such as non-sticky preserved fruits and candies.
Packaging form: Back sealing, three-side sealing, four-side sealing or triangular packaging can be selected.
